Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
There’s something incredibly comforting about a perfectly toasted grilled cheese sandwich with crispy chicken and tomatoes. I love to serve these sandwiches along my famous tomato soup as it doesn’t have protein in it, or salads. These are perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a hearty snack.

These Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwiches combine crispy golden bread that is fried with butter on the stove top, tender chicken, and gooey melted cheese with slices of tomato. They are simple to make yet packed with flavor.
Whether you’re using leftover chicken or freshly cooked chicken breasts, this recipe is an easy crowd-pleaser that the whole family will love. I always use fried chicken from costco and use my air fryer for that. It’s quick and crispy and does not require any oil when frying.

- Can I use leftover chicken? Absolutely! Leftover roasted, grilled, or rotisserie chicken is perfect for this recipe.
