- Wash and dry the greens thoroughly to prevent a watery salad. Arrange it on a large platter or bowl.
- Slice the apples just before serving to keep them fresh and crisp.
- Top with salad toppers, pomegranate and goat cheese. Persimmon if in season.
- Make the dressing in a mason jar, combine all the ingredients and shake well until blended.
- Drizzle with dressing right before serving and gently toss or leave layered for presentation.
Notes
This salad pairs well with grilled chicken, salmon, or crusty bread for a complete meal. To make it dairy-free, replace goat cheese with avocado or a plant-based alternative.
