Method
- Place garlic and onions into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add butter and saute 3 min/120C/speed 1.
- Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, sugar and dried oregano, insert measuring cup and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
- Add chicken broth and cook 15 min/100C/speed 2.
- Add cream and basil leaves, insert measuring cup and blend 1 min/speed 6-8, increasing speed gradually. (optional) You can leave the soup as it is without blending it if you prefer. Serve warm.
