Place the drumsticks in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Season: In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Sprinkle the seasoning over the drumsticks and toss until evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400F (200C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Cook the Drumsticks: Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd them.
Cook at 400F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165F (74C).
For extra crispy skin, cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
