Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Dates, pitted
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Pinch of pepper

  • 1 Food processor or
  • 1 Thermomix

Method
 

  1. Blend: In the bowl of a Thermomix or food processor place pitted dates and garlic clove and chop 10sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients: Scrape down with spatula and add the rest of the ingredients, cream cheese, sour cream, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Blend everything for 1 min/speed 3. Or until smooth and reached your desired consistency.
  3. Chill: (optional but recommended) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
