Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 2 Small Onions, grated
  • 2 Tbsp Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 Egg (optional)
  • Olive oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl season ground turkey with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and bread crumbs. Add 1 egg if desired, this will keep the meatballs in shape. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Form the Meatballs: Roll the mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
  3. Fry the Meatballs: Heat up a medium/large frying pan with olive oil. Once hot reduce heat to medium-low and fry meatballs 4-5 minutes on each side. Or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  4. Serve: Serve with marinara sauce and pasta, or over rice, in a sub sandwich, or alongside roasted vegetables. The options are endless.
