Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Onion, halved
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 250 g Carrots, roughly chopped
  • 125 g Bacon, diced
  • 10 g Olive oil
  • 830 g Potatoes, bite-sized pieces
  • 15 g Chicken soup mix
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 750 g Chicken stock
  • 320 g Wiener sausages, sliced
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Put the halved onion, garlic clove, and carrots into the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add the diced bacon and oil, then saute for 3 min/120C/speed 1 without measuring cup.
  3. Add the potatoes, stir briefly, and cook again for 3 min/120C/speed 1 without measuring cup.
  4. Add the chicken soup mix, chicken stock, and bay leaf, then cook for 20 min/100C/reverse/speed 1.
  5. Add the Wiener sausages and cook for another 4 min/100C/reverse/speed 1.
  6. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
