Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sirloin steaks
  • 2-3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce

Method
 

Instructions on How to Prepare the Steaks:
  1. Bring to room temperature: Let steaks sit out for 20-30 minutes before grilling.
  2. Pat dry: Remove excess moisture for a better sear.
  3. Season generously: Coat with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season both sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Grilling Instructions:
  1. Preheat the grill: Heat to high (about 450-500F/230-260C)
  2. Sear the steaks: Place steaks on the grill and don't move them for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Flip once: Cook another 3-5 minutes depending on desired doneness.
  4. Check internal temperature: Rare: 120-125F, Medium-rare: 130-135F, Medium: 140-145F, Medium-well: 150-155F, Well-done: 160F+
  5. Rest the steaks: Let them rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Very important so the juices stay inside the steak.
