  • 40 g Plain flour
  • 500 g Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vegeta seasoning or salt & pepper

  1. Place butter into mixing bowl and melt 3 min/100C/speed 1.
  2. Add flour and cook 3 min/100C/speed 1.
  3. Add milk, vegeta seasoning or salt & pepper and cook 6 min/90C/speed 4.
