Prepare the Beef: Combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and taco seasonings.
Divide into 4 equal portions.
Place each portion onto a tortilla and spread the beef into a very thin, even layer, covering almost the entire tortilla.
Cook the Burger Tacos: Heat a large cast-iron skillet or flat-top griddle over medium-high heat.
Place the tortilla beef-side down onto the hot surface.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the beef develops a crispy crust.
Flip the taco over and place a slice of cheese on the meat, cover the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tortilla is lightly toasted. Repeat with remaining tacos.
Assemble: Top each taco with shredded lettuce, caramelized onions, burger sauce, and sprinkle of fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
