Ingredients
  

For the Salad:
  • 6 Cups Broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Cup Red grapes, halved
  • 1 Small Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Cup Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Salad toppings
For the Dressing:
  • 1 Cup Avocado mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Package Knorr salad kroehnung
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli. Cut it into small bite-sized florets. Halve the red grapes, dice the red bell pepper, and finely chop the red onion.
  2. Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, grapes, red bell pepper, red onion, salad toppings, and cheese.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, knorr salad kroehnung, salt and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine: Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend together beautifully.
