This Crunchy Broccoli Salad is packed with fresh, crunchy, colorful flavors, it is perfect for side dishes for potlucks, family gatherings, BBQs, and weeknight dinners. I ate this salad on a friends birthday party and I was so amazed how delicious it was. I went home and recreated the salad on my own added some ingredients I remembered from the salad and put my own twist to it. I believe the end result is incredible. Ingredients You’ll Need:

For the Salad:
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup salad toppings
For the Dressing:
- 1 cup avocado mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 package knorr salad kroehnung
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli. Cut it into small bite-sized florets. Halve the red grapes, dice the red bell pepper, and finely chop the red onion.
- Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, grapes, red bell pepper, red onion, salad toppings, and cheese.

- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, knorr salad kroehnung, salt and pepper until smooth.

- Combine: Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend together beautifully.
