This easy Thermomix Homemade Caramel Sauce is rich, smooth, and perfectly sweet with a deep caramel flavor. Made with simple ingredients, it comes together effortlessly and is delicious drizzled over ice cream, cheesecake, pancakes, waffles, or fresh fruit.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g White sugar
  • 200 g Heavy whipping cream
  • 30 g Water
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 30 g Unsalted butter, chilled and added into mixing bowl in 1 piece

Method
 

  1. Place sugar, 70g of the cream, 30g of the water, lemon juice, and butter into mixing bowl and start Sugar Stages.
  2. Add remaining 130g cream and cook 5 min/100C/speed 2 without measuring cup.
  3. Pour into a sealable storage jar and set aside.
  4. Use caramel sauce as desired.
